Prepare the reading order
Remove menus, repeated navigation and decorative text from an article before generating it. For documents, check that headings and paragraphs were extracted in the intended order. A PDF can contain text in a different order from its visual layout.
Describe what matters
Add a short explanation of a chart or image when that information is necessary to understand the text. Do not assume a filename or an image caption tells the whole story.
Keep alternatives available
Provide the source text as well as the recording. AI Text to Speech is a text-to-audio tool rather than a full accessibility audit. Check the finished content with its intended audience and keep controls and links clearly labeled.

Make a small test first
Choose a voice, generate a short take and listen before building a longer project. Scripts are processed by an online speech service; avoid material you should not share with an outside provider.
