Teach a specific task
Use a scenario that resembles the work being taught. Explain the expected outcome, demonstrate the steps and identify what should happen when something goes wrong. A short recording is easier to maintain than a long manual read aloud.
Use a role-play for decisions
Assign the customer and the agent different voices. Keep lines concise and avoid using real customer details. Label the training scenario so it is clear that the conversation is scripted.
Protect workplace information
Scripts are sent to an online speech service. Use fictional names and example data, and follow your organization’s rules for sharing material with outside services. Review procedures before distributing a training recording.
Agent: Thank you for calling. How can I help today? Customer: I need to update the delivery address on my order. Agent: I can explain the next steps. Please do not share payment details in this recording.
Make a small test first
Choose a voice, generate a short take and listen before building a longer project. Scripts are processed by an online speech service; avoid material you should not share with an outside provider.
